Kristi began her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters in June 2018. Kristi graduated with her Bachelor’s in Peace and Justice Studies and Sociology from Nazareth College of Rochester in New York State in 2012. Since then, she has been committed to working and volunteering in any capacity to make a difference. Kristi has a passion for community and working alongside people to promote empowerment and growth. When she is not working, she loves to enjoy all that Brevard County has to offer like the beaches, parks, and great local restaurants.

A​​​s the Director of Programs, Donette interacts with families and volunteers on a daily basis. Serving with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida since 2007, she enjoys bearing witness to the impact volunteers (Bigs) make on the lives of their Littles. Donette attended the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor’s in Intercultural Communication and a Master’s in Human Relations. In her spare time, Donette enjoys coaching Track & Field.

Glen Marie is the Chief Executive Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. She began her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Tallahassee, FL in 2014. Glen Marie is proud to have been raised in the Central Florida community and is a graduate of West Orange High School. Glen Marie has Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminology and Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. Glen Marie is an active member of Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. and enjoys serving her local community and spending time with her husband and family.
